ConfidentialStockroom / Parts Counter Associate Parkersburg, West Virginia | Full-Time Iron City Implement / NAPA Auto Parts Iron City Implement is hiring a full-time Stockroom / Parts Counter Associate for our Parkersburg NAPA Auto Parts store. This hands-on role combines keeping inventory organized with helping customers find the parts they need. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn both sides of the store. What You’ll Do Receive incoming merchandise and check shipments for accuracy. Put away parts, stock shelves, and maintain an organized stockroom. Pull orders accurately for customers and deliveries. Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies. Help customers at the counter and over the phone. Learn parts lookup systems and assist with sales, returns, and orders. Keep work areas clean and support teammates with daily store operations. What We’re Looking For Automotive, parts, stockroom, or retail experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Friendly customer service and communication skills. Comfort using computers and learning new systems. Dependability and a willingness to move between stockroom and counter responsibilities. Ability to perform the active duties of the role, including standing, stocking, and moving parts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
