Stockroom / Inventory Clerk
Nextek, LLCJob Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stockroom / Inventory Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the stockroom, maintain accurate stock levels by monitoring, organizing, issuing, recording and improving processes, and support overall supply chain efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment. Duties Maintain accurate inventory using our ERP system. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Investigate and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Implement process improvements when necessary Maintain organized storage areas, ensure proper labeling for easy access to material. Handle materials and products in a manufacturing setting. Perform quality checks and discard damaged or non‑compliant inventory. Ensure compliance with safety standards during heavy lifting activities and materials handling while maintaining a safe warehouse environment. Assist with receiving, dispatching, and freight handling, when required.
