Stockroom Coordinator

Keep parts moving and the stockroom organized. Casa Herrera is seeking a detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to support parts scheduling and release, purchasing requests, and accurate inventory records. In this hands-on coordination role, you’ll work closely with stockroom, receiving, shipping, and customer service/expediting teams. You’ll maintain the department database and support inventory control, parts exchanges, and stockroom procedures. This role coordinates workflow but does not include direct supervision of employees . Pay: $30 per hour Schedule: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Employment type: Temp-to-hire Position Summary Reporting to the VP of Finance/CFO, the Stockroom Coordinator supports daily stockroom operations by coordinating the scheduling and release of parts, requisitioning purchased parts, and maintaining accurate inventory records and procedures. Key Responsibilities Coordinate workflow with Stockroom Clerks, the Receiving Clerk, Shipping Clerk, and Customer Service Expeditor. Coordinate parts scheduling, release, and requisitioning to support manufacturing operations. Maintain inventory-control records, department databases, and system procedures. Provide technical and procedural support related to inventory control and parts exchanges. Qualifications At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment; stockroom or inventory experience preferred. Experience coordinating tasks or delegating work is a plus; direct supervisory experience is not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. ERP system knowledge preferred; Made2Manage (M2M) experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills.
