Stockroom Clerk

Overview As a Stockroom Clerk, you’ll keep inventory moving accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while supporting warehouse distribution and customer service. Your impact: Accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment help customers and warehouse teams get the right products where they need to be. Responsibilities Handle shipping and receiving, load and unload goods, and verify items against shipping documents. Stock products, update inventory management records, and complete data entry using a warehouse management system, inventory management software, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Pick and pack orders using an order picker, radio frequency (RF) scanner, pallet jack, or forklift, following safe operating procedures. Support packaging, shipping logistics, and warehouse distribution; follow applicable trade compliance and international trade regulations. Use Microsoft Office and, where applicable, AS400 or material requirements planning (MRP) systems to track stock and coordinate logistics. Experience Basic math, accurate data entry, and attention to detail are important for maintaining reliable inventory records. Warehouse experience, including stocking, order picking, picking and packing, or other warehouse operations, is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems, MRP, or AS400 is helpful; willingness to learn relevant systems is valued. Forklift, order picker, and pallet jack experience is useful. Follow all required safety procedures and site-specific authorization requirements. Clear communication and a customer service mindset help you coordinate effectively with coworkers and shipping partners.
