Stockroom Attendant

Responsibilities Include: · Accept incoming packages and check-in, following proper procedures · Mark incoming stock with identifying codes, such as stock or repairable items codes as required. · Distribute applicable documentation and repairable components to appropriate department personnel. · Maintain stock records including count of stock, applicable certifications, and MSDS records · Maintain tech data as required · Maintain stock room organization and cleanliness · Prepare outgoing component shipments by packing completed and inspected component(s) in secured manner, generating shipping labels, verifying all applicable documentation/labels secured within package as required, arrange package pick up as required · Replenish stock as required · Work with all departments to ensure all parts, materials, hardware, etc required are ordered, received, and distributed in timely manner · Maintain equipment and software associated with stock and shipping/receiving department · Various duties as assigned – this may include duties outside of the stock and shipping/receiving department *Maintain customer & vendor contact and relations, assist in issuing required documentation for completed work orders (certs, sign offs, etc) and verify all outgoing work orders contain all required completion documentation.
