Stockroom Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing inventory while maintaining a clean and efficient stockroom environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and inventory. Stock shelves, storage areas, and designated inventory locations. Pick, pack, and prepare items for distribution or shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts. Label, sort, and arrange merchandise according to company procedures. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries when necessary. Keep stockroom areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow company safety guidelines and inventory handling procedures. Work closely with team members to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic computer and inventory management skills preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 40–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to learn new procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
