Stockroom Associate (1st Shift 7:15am-3:45pm)

Position Summary Responsible for issuing and receiving materials for manufacturing operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving activities, coordinating dock operations, and ensuring efficient material flow throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Issue materials to and from manufacturing. Maintain and monitor inventory in the stockroom and freezer. Prepare products for shipment. Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Process material issue and receipt transactions in Syteline. Load and unload products from trucks and storage shelves. Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, cranes, and other material-handling equipment. Complete and file required paperwork. Participate in HPWT activities. Perform shipping and receiving transactions to support inventory and system accuracy. Load, unload, and store products in designated locations. Control shipping and receiving dock activities. Monitor material flow and storage space utilization. Coordinate dock schedules with other departments to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency. Schedule and coordinate carrier deliveries and pickups. Coordinate trash and recycling pickup activities. Support additional stockroom functions as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Required Qualifications Experience in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment. Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other assigned equipment. Ability to work in temperatures below 0°F. Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Strong customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification. Experience with CloudSuite (Syteline) ERP system.
