Required Skills and Experience of Stocking Team Member:
• Ability to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Ability to unload trucks and move inventory safely
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, when required
Compensation and Benefits of Stocking Team Member:
• Hourly wage range of $14.00 to $27.00
• Actual hourly rate will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage requirements
• Additional compensation through annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances
