• Coordinate unloading and backroom task completion
• Lead daily team huddles and communicate shift updates
• Secure high ticket merchandise and complete audits
• Identify training opportunities and develop associates
• Maintain safe, clean, hazard free work areas
Requirements:
• Be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to provide polite, friendly customer service
• Ability to coordinate communicated department priorities
• Ability to teach, train, and provide feedback
• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
