Stocker / Stocking Associate

Position Summary 4 Clover Distribution, L.L.C. is looking for a reliable and organized Stocker / Stocking Associate to help keep products and supplies properly stocked and easy to locate. This entry-level position involves receiving and organizing merchandise, replenishing shelves or storage locations, and maintaining accurate product placement. The role is a good fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a clean and orderly workspace. Training will be provided on company procedures and stocking routines. Responsibilities Receive products, supplies, and merchandise and move items to designated storage areas Unpack and organize incoming products according to established procedures Replenish shelves, bins, racks, or other assigned storage locations Check product labels, quantities, and locations for accuracy Rotate and arrange inventory to maintain an organized stock area Assist with basic inventory counts and report discrepancies Identify damaged, missing, or incorrectly placed products Prepare products for picking, fulfillment, or distribution as needed Keep aisles, shelves, and storage areas clean and organized Help maintain clear and accessible work areas for the warehouse team Monitor frequently used supplies and notify the appropriate team member when stock is low Assist with other warehouse and stocking tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Good organizational skills Reliable and punctual work habits Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills are helpful Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling products throughout the workday Ability to lift and move packages or merchandise as required No previous experience required; training provided Benefits On-the-job training Supportive team environment Hands-on warehouse and distribution experience Opportunity to develop inventory and logistics skills Opportunities for professional growth within the company Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location: In person
