Stocker

Job Overview As a Stocker, you’ll keep products moving from delivery to the sales floor. You’ll receive, load, unload, organize, and stock merchandise while maintaining accurate inventory and clean, orderly work areas. You’ll work across warehouse and retail operations, helping customers find products and keeping shelves ready for shopping. Duties Receive, inspect, and move shipments; use an RF scanner and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when authorized. Load and unload deliveries, handle packaging and materials, and follow safe lifting practices when performing manual handling and heavy lifting. Stock, organize, and merchandise products, including produce when assigned; support inventory management and retail store product knowledge. Maintain clean, safe work areas and assist with routine maintenance, shipping and receiving, and inventory records. Respond to customer questions and support sales, retail sales, or cashiering tasks as needed. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, and the ability to follow safe work procedures. Ability to perform physical stocking and materials handling duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, or retail store experience is helpful; grocery store experience is also valued. Familiarity with inventory control, stocking, merchandising, customer service, cleaning, packaging, loading, or shipping and receiving is an asset. Experience with a forklift, pallet jack, RF scanner, or other material handling equipment is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual ability is welcome.
