Stocker

Job Summary Keep products moving and shelves ready as a Stocker. You’ll receive, move, organize, and replenish merchandise in a warehouse or retail setting, helping customers find well-presented, available products. The role involves physical work, safe equipment use, and coordination with teammates. Your impact: Accurate stocking and inventory control help customers locate the products they need and support smooth daily operations. Duties Stock, arrange, and merchandise products, including produce, while maintaining clean, organized shelves and work areas. Load and unload deliveries; support shipping and receiving, packaging, and materials handling. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and inventory management tools to track products and support inventory control. Operate a pallet jack and, where qualified and authorized, a forklift; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Assist customers with product questions and provide friendly customer service; communicate clearly with coworkers and support retail sales as needed. Experience Warehouse experience or retail store experience is helpful; familiarity with warehouse operations, stocking, or retail store product knowledge is preferred. Basic math, organizational skills, and clear communication are important for accurate work. Ability to perform manual handling, including lifting and moving heavy items, and to keep work areas clean through routine maintenance. Experience with material handling equipment operation, inventory management, packaging, or shipping and receiving is an asset. Bilingual or multilingual skills are welcome, but not required.
