Stocker/Customer Service Associate Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Stocker/Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role involves maintaining well-organized stock areas, assisting customers, and supporting warehouse operations. Duties Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general support to enhance their shopping experience Operate material handling equipment safely to move stock items efficiently Perform heavy lifting as required to manage inventory and stock replenishment Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and sales areas Support overall warehouse operations, including inventory checks and stock rotation Use basic math skills for inventory counts, pricing, and transaction support Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Basic math skills for inventory management and transaction support Experience or willingness to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks Prior experience in warehouse operations or retail stocking is a plus but not mandatory Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and providing excellent customer service.
