In this role, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring that products are readily available for customers and retail operations. Your energetic approach will help keep our store or distribution center running smoothly, providing excellent service and support to both team members and customers. Responsibilities Receive shipments and accurately unload deliveries using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with products, ensuring proper placement and merchandising standards Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movement and update stock records efficiently Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and assist with stock replenishment Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse or retail space, adhering to safety protocols for manual handling and heavy lifting Assist in shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently Support retail store operations by packaging products, organizing stockrooms, and providing excellent customer service when needed Skills Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse material handling equipment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stock control Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and proper lifting practices Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse team environments Experience in retail store settings or grocery stores is beneficial for understanding product placement and merchandising standards Basic math skills for inventory counts, retail math calculations, and shipping documentation Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and general maintenance practices Customer service skills to assist team members or customers when necessary in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build their experience in warehouse operations while contributing to a vibrant retail or distribution setting.
