Stocker/Cashier

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Retail Stocking & Delivery Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be working as part of a stock team responsible for maintaining a well-organized stock room and retail space. This involves receiving shipments, putting away over stock, and stocking shelves. In addition you will be responsible for making deliveries to clients. Candidates with experience making bicycle deliveries is strongly desired. Responsibilities: *Stocking a designated section of the store. This includes making lists, pulling stock from the basement, stocking shelves. *Inbound deliveries are to be carefully brought downstairs and put away in the proper section. This requires a person to be able to move up to 40 pound boxes everyday, regularly. *Daily tasks include putting away stock, stocking shelves with product, keeping sales shelves presentable, breaking down boxes, taking out trash cleaning, etc. *Deliveries are to be carried out as instructed by the on-shift manager promptly and securely. Making sure to carry yourself professionally at all times. *Some items may need custom barcode labels or price tags. When stocking these are to be applied where needed. *Ensuring the basement area is well organized in accordance with our layout. Any questions are to be brought to the stock managers attention. Routine cleaning and consolidation of inventory are part of weekly responsibilities. *Have to be able to securely operate a hand truck for both stocking and deliveries. *Need to work as part of a team. This includes assisting the sales team and management with tasks such as order fulfillment, projects, etc. *Basic Cashier Responsibilities.
