Stocker

Job Summary Keep products moving and shelves ready as a Stocker. You’ll receive, move, organize, and replenish merchandise across a retail or warehouse setting, helping customers find what they need and supporting smooth daily operations. This active role calls for safe material handling, attention to detail, and clear communication. Your impact: Accurate stocking and inventory control help customers locate products while keeping merchandise available and work areas organized. Duties Stock, arrange, and merchandise products, including produce when assigned; maintain clean, orderly shelves and work areas. Receive, package, load, unload, and move goods; support shipping and receiving using a pallet jack or forklift when authorized. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and basic math to track items, support inventory management, and resolve stock discrepancies. Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items; perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and work areas. Assist customers with product questions and store needs; support retail sales or cashiering when needed. Requirements Ability to perform stocking, manual handling, and materials handling tasks, including lifting and moving heavy products safely. Strong communication and organizational skills; dependable attention to accuracy and safety. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, retail store experience, or retail store product knowledge is helpful but not required. Experience with inventory control, packaging, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, or material handling equipment operation is preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, produce, merchandising, customer service, sales, or cashiering is an asset. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.
