Help Keep the Store Shelves Ready for Customers A product is only easy to find when it's in the right place. We're looking for a Stocker to help maintain store shelves, replenish products and keep merchandise organised at our Cleveland location. This is a practical, active role suited to someone who likes staying busy and can take pride in keeping a store neat and well stocked. Previous retail experience is welcome, but you can also apply if you're new to this type of work. Your Week at Work Monday to Friday Regular hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Later weekday shifts may be available Approximately 40 Hours Per Week No scheduled weekend shifts Full-time A Typical Day Looks Like You'll work across the store, making sure products are available and displayed properly. Regular tasks include: Bringing merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor. Filling empty shelves and arranging products in the correct sections. Checking shelf labels and making sure items are displayed at the right prices. Rotating products and moving older stock forward where required. Removing damaged or misplaced merchandise from shelves. Checking stock levels and informing the team when items are running low. Keeping aisles, displays and storage areas tidy. Helping with incoming deliveries and other store tasks when needed. What Makes Someone a Good Fit? You don't need a long retail work history to get started. The role will suit someone who: Is comfortable with active work and spending most of the shift on their feet. Can organise products and follow shelf layouts. Pays attention to labels, quantities and product placement. Works well independently and alongside other team members. Can lift and move merchandise safely. Is punctual and dependable. Experience in retail, merchandising or stock replenishment is useful, but training will be provided on store procedures.
