Responsibilities Efficiently load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safe lifting practices. Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with products, ensuring accurate placement according to merchandising standards and inventory control protocols. Operate RF scanners to track product movement and update inventory records precisely. Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and assist in inventory management efforts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including packaging supplies and storage zones. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders. Support retail store operations by stocking produce, retail products, and assisting with merchandising efforts when needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation, and other material handling equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and management. Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse teams or customers. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, stock loading/unloading processes, and retail product knowledge is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
