Stocker

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and become a vital part of our operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring products are accurately stocked, organized, and ready for customers or shipment. Duties Stock shelves and storage areas with retail products or warehouse inventory following merchandising standard Prepare items for shipping and receiving by packaging, labeling, and organizing shipments in accordance with safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or retail space to promote safety and efficiency Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklift and pallet jack, adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols Assist customers in locating products within the store or warehouse while providing excellent customer service when needed Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations and proper stock levels Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and control procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Basic math skills for inventory counts, retail math calculations, and shipping documentation Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail store environments is preferred Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards To apply , send your name and contact phone number to hr@maininterview.business .
