Duties Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices. Stock shelves and organize products accurately using RF scanners and inventory management systems. Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure stock accuracy and assist with cycle counts or audits. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including packing stations and storage zones. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, packaging, and documentation. Support merchandising efforts by arranging products neatly on shelves and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date. Collaborate with team members across departments, providing excellent customer service and clear communication in multiple languages if applicable. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and management tasks. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently. Basic math skills for inventory counting, retail math calculations, and shipping documentation. Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting diverse customer needs. Knowledge of grocery or retail store operations, merchandising, packaging, and shipping & receiving processes is beneficial. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and organizational efficiency.
