Stock Supervisor

Overview As a Stock Supervisor, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. You’ll coordinate stocking, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and daily warehouse operations while supporting a clean, organized, customer-ready store. Your impact: Accurate inventory and timely stocking help customers find the products they need and enable store teams to serve them effectively. Responsibilities Coordinate receiving, loading and unloading, packaging, and materials handling; use an RF scanner to track stock. Guide stocking and merchandising, including produce where applicable, and maintain organized storage and sales areas. Monitor inventory management, investigate discrepancies, and share clear updates with team members. Operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment when authorized; follow safe lifting practices during manual handling and heavy lifting. Support customer service and sales needs, including cashiering or retail-floor assistance when needed; complete routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Experience Warehouse experience or retail store experience; grocery store experience is helpful. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping and receiving, retail store product knowledge, and stocking practices. Basic math skills, including retail math, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to load and unload products and perform physical tasks using safe lifting practices. Forklift or pallet jack experience is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
