Summit StaffingStock Picker Forklift Operator | Romeoville, IL | Pick your shift Peak pay: $21.50–$23.50/hr depending on shift (includes $2.50/hr peak premium through 12/20/26). Paid weekly. Shifts: 1st: Tue–Fri, 5:00am–3:30pm, $21.50/hr 2nd: Mon–Thu, 4:00pm–2:30am, $22.50/hr Weekend days: Sat–Mon, 5:00am–5:00pm, $23.50/hr Weekend nights: Fri–Sun, 5:00pm–5:00am, $23.50/hr Peak weeks (11/16–12/21) run 6 days with overtime at 1.5x. Base pay after peak: $19.00–$21.00/hr by shift. Peak bonuses: +$100 every week you work every scheduled shift, on time Up to $1,000 at season end based on attendance What you'll do: Operate a stock picker (cherry picker) to pick and put away product at height Meet pick accuracy and productivity standards Follow all equipment safety procedures Requirements: At least 1 full year of stock picker / cherry picker experience Site equipment certification provided (may take a few days before operating) Background check and drug test required No cell phones or headphones on the floor; clear water bottles only Benefits: Eligible Summit employees may receive medical, dental and vision coverage; 401(k) with pre-tax and Roth contributions; accident and critical illness coverage; and paid time off and holiday pay.
