Shift Hours
930AM to 6PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch
Job Summary
Packs and ships parts purchased by the customer in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities
• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
• Provides quality service by following organization standards
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves pallet area and workstations neat
• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures rules and regulations
• Completes reports by entering required information
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Packages parts to be shipped in crates via FedEx UPS etc
• Orders trucks for products weighing over 150 pounds or that are over 108 inches long
• Writes up delivery notes in SAP and pulls parts to be shipped
• Confirms delivery notes so parts can be removed from inventory
• Prepares bills of lading and commercial invoices
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor

Qualification Requirements
• EducationalTraining Requirement High School Diploma required
• Experience 3 5 years experience in warehouse receivingshipping environment
• LicensesCertifications None required
• Knowledge Skills and Abilities Knowledge of SAP
• Knowledge of UPS Worldship FedEx Manager and DHL Express
• Knowledge of injection mold machines a plus
