Stock & Fulfillment Specialist

We are looking for a full time Stock and Fulfillment Specialist at our Vancouver Support Office. The Stock & Fulfillment Specialist helps facilitate sales by fulfilling online orders and picking product for customer requests in store. They assist the shipping and receiving team with the efficient flow of merchandise from receipt to distribution. They help ensure all areas of warehouse are being used efficiently to facilitate sales. The Stock & Fulfillment Specialist also assists the photography team with organizing and preparing inventory as it comes to and from shoots. They are responsible for keeping accurate records and routing interoffice communications. Monday to Friday availability is required. Wage range is typically $18.25 – $19.00 per hour. Compensation is based on position responsibilities, relevant experience, job-related skills, location, and performance. Candidates who take on advanced responsibilities and who bring exceptional, directly transferable experience may be considered for the top of the wage range. Duties and responsibilities include: Generate and print waybills utilizing Shipstation Fulfill online orders promptly and accurately, ensuring quality control and proper packaging Organize and verify incoming and outgoing goods, and document all variances appropriately Clean and prepare all product for processing, paying attention to shop wear and how product is packaged, and maintaining client satisfaction by communicating all product damages to the Online Service Team promptly Support receiving by organizing goods, unpacking shipments, and condensing shelves Maintain accurate records in Smartsheets, Retail-1/POS, and digital logs Assist with product preparation for ecommerce photoshoots and studio organization Maintaining a clean and organized web office/ stockroom The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications: 1+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, fulfillment, or a similar role 1+ years experience in a fashion retail setting preferred Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay focused in a busy environment Skilled at maximizing productivity with minimum supervision Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to problem solve Capable of working independently and with others in a collaborative process Proficient to strong computer skills Ability to lift up to 50lbs Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, Retail-1, and/or Shipstation an asset Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume through Indeed or our careers page at www.gravitypope.com/careers. gravitypope is dedicated to ensuring all employees are valued, appreciated and free to be who they are at work.
