Stock Clerk

Duties Receive, segregate and identify hardware and materials for use in maintenance Manage inventory levels through accurate stock counts and updates using inventory management systems Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment Assist in shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely movement of goods into and out of the warehouse Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including backroom spaces, to promote safety and efficiency Support production efforts by arranging kits for the work orders Perform heavy lifting regularly to handle products safely and effectively Use multilingual communication skills to assist diverse personnel needs and collaborate with team members Conduct routine maintenance on equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) to ensure safety standards are met Open and close work orders Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory control systems is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to operate ERP, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred but not required) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock management Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, walking, and load/unload tasks throughout the shift Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse personnel effectively Experience in FAA MRO environments is advantageous Knowledge of math principles for inventory counting and product sampling accuracy Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following safety protocols during stocking, shipping & receiving, and equipment operation Join us today to contribute your energy, organizational talent, and passion for aircraft maintenance !
