About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Stockroom Clerk to keep our production floor supplied with the right parts at the right time. You’ll manage the flow of materials from receiving to the assembly line, maintain accurate inventory, and play a key role in keeping production on schedule.
What You’ll Do
• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders, and report discrepancies or damage
• Label, store, and organize parts such as sheet metal, motors, filters, hardware, and electrical components
• Pull and kit parts for assembly based on work orders and bills of materials
• Issue materials to production and process returns
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
• Enter transactions accurately in the inventory/ERP system
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, including packing and labeling
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe
What We’re Looking For
• 1+ year of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, receiving, or inventory role (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with part numbers and counts
• Basic computer skills; experience with an ERP or inventory system is a plus
• Ability to read work orders, packing slips, and bills of materials
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus [or required, with certification]
• High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Lift up to 25 lbs
• Use carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
