What’s a typical day as Stock Clerk? You’ll be:
• Picking and organizing materials and inventory in the stock room
• Creating kits, bagging and labeling items for distribution
• Organizing stock room and shelving, putting items away as they arrive
• Performing accurate inventory counts and notifying supervisors of stock shortages
• Grabbing parts and materials for coworkers as needed
• Monitoring inventory for stock shortages and maintaining organized shelving within the stock room
• Scanning items into the inventory system and verifying counts to ensure accuracy
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all responsibilities
• Performing a mix of desk work and active, on-your-feet tasks in the stock room
• Assisting with drop-off deliveries as needed
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bring experience in material handling, inventory, or stockroom responsibilities (preferred)
• Are comfortable balancing desk work with physical tasks on your feet
• Have strong attention to detail and can accurately verify counts, organize supplies in the stock room, and report shortages
• Are reliable and able to work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm
