Stock Associate Position Title: Stock Associate Location: Gianvito Rossi Boutique – NorthPark Center, Dallas, TX Position Type: Part-time (Flexibility to convert to Full-time based on candidate availability) Benefits: None (for part-time status) Position Overview Gianvito Rossi is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Stock Associate to join our luxury boutique team at NorthPark Center in Dallas, TX. The Stock Operator plays a critical role in supporting daily retail operations by maintaining precise inventory management, handling stock room logistics, and ensuring seamless merchandise flow to the sales floor. This position will initially start as a part-time role to support growing operational needs in the Dallas market. Key Responsibilities · Inventory & Stockroom Management: Receive, unpack, inspect, and organize all incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring total accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists. · Sales Floor Support: Rapidly pull and restock inventory to assist sales associates in delivering an elevated luxury client experience. · Loss Prevention & Compliance: Maintain strict inventory controls, participate in physical stock counts/audits, and adhere to security standards to prevent shrinkage. · Stockroom Organization: Keep stockroom areas clean, structured, safely accessible, and organized according to Gianvito Rossi brand standards. · Transfers & Shipping: Process outbound transfers, client shipments, and returns in accordance with company policies and logistics procedures. · Product Care: Handle luxury footwear and accessories with utmost care, maintaining pristine presentation and packaging. Qualifications & Requirements · Prior experience in stock control, inventory management, or retail operations within a luxury or high-end retail environment preferred. · Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and prioritize workload effectively. · Proficiency with retail Point of Sale (POS) and inventory management systems. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with store leadership and sales staff. · Ability to lift heavy boxes (up to 30–50 lbs) and stand/walk for extended periods. · Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours. Work Schedule & Employment Conditions · Employment Status: Part-time non-exempt; no employee benefits attached at initial part-time status. · Future Growth: Opportunities may exist to transition into a full-time role with full benefit coverage based on business needs and candidate availability. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
