In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and well-stocked sales floors, managing inventory, and supporting daily store functions. Your proactive approach will ensure that products are readily available for customers, shelves are replenished efficiently, and the store environment remains clean and inviting. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and update stock records in the system. Stock shelves, displays, and backroom areas with a focus on merchandising standards and product placement. Conduct regular inventory checks to identify stock discrepancies and assist with inventory management processes. Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom, sales floor, and loading areas by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks. Assist customers with product location inquiries and provide basic retail store product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Support shipping & receiving operations by loading, unloading, and organizing products efficiently. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely and effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities accurately. Knowledge of merchandising standards, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling equipment operation is advantageous.
