Stock Associate

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate! Your proactive approach will help create an organized, efficient environment that enhances customer satisfaction and supports store success. Responsibilities Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and transport products safely. Stock shelves, produce displays, and organize inventory to ensure products are accessible and visually appealing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency. Support retail store operations by providing excellent customer service, cashiering, and product knowledge sharing when needed. Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling of heavy or bulky items to prevent injuries. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times. Experience Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills combined with basic math proficiency to manage stock levels accurately. Knowledge of merchandising, packaging, shipping & receiving procedures enhances effectiveness in this role. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
