Stock Associate

Job Summary As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. You’ll handle shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and support customers and teammates with a clean, organized, well-stocked store. Kindly send the following details to Our Hiring Manager: career@interviewcareer.business (Name and Phone Number) Responsibilities Receive, load, unload, and organize shipments; support shipping and receiving, packaging, and materials handling. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when applicable, and maintain product displays and backroom organization. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and inventory management processes to track stock and support inventory control. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when authorized; follow safe lifting practices during manual handling and heavy lifting. Clean and maintain work areas, assist with customer service, sales, and cashiering, and share retail store product knowledge. Requirements Basic math, communication, and organizational skills; ability to follow procedures and work safely. Ability to perform stocking, load and unload tasks, and manual handling as required by the role. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, retail store experience, or retail sales experience is helpful. Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, packaging, maintenance, cleaning, or customer service is preferred. RF scanner, forklift, pallet jack, and material handling equipment operation experience are assets. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome.
