Stock Associate

Job Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and move shipments; load and unload products using safe manual handling practices and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, as authorized. Stock and merchandise products, including produce where applicable; assist with packaging and maintain organized storage and sales areas. Help customers with product questions, retail store product knowledge, and sales; support cashiering and customer service as needed. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide helpful customer service. Ability to perform manual handling, lift heavy items as required, and follow safe lifting practices. Basic math skills and attention to detail for stocking and inventory tasks. Warehouse experience, retail store experience, or familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and materials handling is helpful.
