Stock Associate

Job Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from delivery to sales floor. Duties Receive, inspect, package, and organize shipments; load and unload products using safe manual handling practices and approved material handling equipment. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and inventory management tools to support inventory control, track stock, and report discrepancies. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when applicable, and maintain organized storage and sales-floor displays. Keep work and customer areas clean; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Assist customers with product questions and sales, and support cashiering as needed. Skills Essential: Basic math, communication, organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely. Preferred: Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, loading and unloading, packaging, and inventory management or control. Experience with stocking, merchandising, retail sales, cashiering, retail store product knowledge, or grocery store operations is helpful. Maintenance and cleaning experience are useful. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a plus. Pay: $25.07 - $29.63 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 403(b) Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: On the road
