Stock Associate

Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving and shelves ready for customers. Your impact: Accurate stocking and inventory control help customers find the products they need and keep store operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, package, and organize shipments; load and unload deliveries using safe materials-handling practices. Stock and merchandise products, including produce where applicable, and maintain product displays and backroom organization. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when authorized; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Assist customers, answer product questions, and support retail sales, cashiering, and cleaning as needed. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math, and the ability to follow safe manual-handling procedures. Ability to perform physical tasks, including loading, unloading, and heavy lifting. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or retail store experience is helpful. Familiarity with stocking, packaging, maintenance, merchandising, customer service, sales, retail store product knowledge, and retail math is an asset.
