Stock Associate

Duties Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with products, ensuring proper merchandising and product placement Conduct regular inventory checks using RF scanners to track stock levels and identify discrepancies Maintain clean and organized workspaces by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks Assist in shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently Support inventory control initiatives through accurate data entry and record keeping Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about product availability and store layout when needed Requirements Previous warehouse or retail store experience is highly preferred, especially in stocking or inventory management roles Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation, and other material handling equipment Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory accuracy Ability to lift heavy loads safely following proper lifting practices; manual handling experience is a plus Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members and customers Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and support customer needs Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and shipping & receiving procedures is desirable Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while honing your skills in a supportive environment.
