Stock Associate

Job Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. You’ll handle shipments, maintain accurate inventory, and stock and merchandise products while helping customers find what they need. This active role calls for safe material handling, attention to detail, and clear communication. Applicants should be comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting, and following safe lifting practices. Duties Receive, inspect, package, load, and unload shipments; organize products for storage or stocking. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner and inventory management processes to support inventory control and accurate records. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when applicable; maintain clean, organized stock and sales areas. Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely; forklift operation may be part of the role where applicable. Assist customers with product questions and support retail sales, cashiering, and shipping and receiving as needed. Your impact: Accurate stocking and helpful service make products easier for customers to find and purchase. Skills Essential: Communication and organizational skills, basic math, customer service, safe manual handling, and ability to perform loading, unloading, and heavy lifting. Relevant experience: Warehouse operations or warehouse experience; retail store experience, retail store product knowledge, stocking, inventory control, inventory management, packaging, materials handling, and maintenance or cleaning. Helpful: RF scanner experience, pallet jack or forklift operation, shipping and receiving, merchandising, produce handling, cashiering, and sales. Multilingual or bilingual communication is welcome.
