Stock Associate

Job Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. Duties Receive, load, unload, and organize shipments; support shipping and receiving, packaging, and inventory management. Stock and merchandise products, maintain accurate inventory records using an RF scanner, and share retail store product knowledge with customers. Operate a pallet jack or forklift when authorized, following safe material handling and safe lifting practices. Assist with sales, cashiering, and customer service; use basic and retail math to support transactions and stock accuracy. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and teammates. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely; experience operating material handling equipment is helpful. Warehouse experience, retail store experience, or grocery store experience is preferred; familiarity with produce, stocking, packaging, or materials handling is an asset. Knowledge of inventory control, inventory management, merchandising, retail sales, sales, cashiering, or customer service is beneficial.
