Stock Associate

Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving from receiving to the sales floor. You’ll support accurate inventory, organized displays, and a clean, welcoming store while helping customers find what they need. This hands-on role combines stocking, shipping and receiving, and customer service. Responsibilities Receive, load, unload, and organize shipments; use an RF scanner to track products and support inventory control. Stock and merchandise products, including produce where applicable, and maintain accurate inventory records. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts when authorized; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Keep stockrooms and sales areas clean and organized; assist with packaging and routine maintenance. Answer customer questions, share retail product knowledge, and support sales or cashiering as needed. Your impact: Accurate inventory and well-stocked shelves help customers find products and enable store teams to serve them efficiently. Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math ability, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting safely, and to follow warehouse operations and materials-handling procedures. Warehouse experience, retail store experience, or experience with shipping and receiving is helpful. Familiarity with inventory management, material handling equipment operation, stocking, merchandising, or retail sales is preferred. RF scanner, forklift, and pallet jack experience are helpful; bilingual or multilingual skills are welcome.
