You’ll support accurate inventory, organized displays, and a clean, welcoming store while helping customers find what they need. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner to support inventory management, inventory control, packaging, and shipping and receiving. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when applicable; maintain displays, storage areas, and cleanliness. Assist with customer service, sales, and cashiering as needed; apply basic math and retail math to routine tasks. Follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items and help with routine maintenance of stock areas. Experience Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a reliable, team-focused approach. Ability to perform physical tasks, including loading, unloading, and heavy lifting, while following safe lifting practices. Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, retail store experience, or grocery store experience is helpful. Familiarity with retail store product knowledge, stocking, materials handling, and material handling equipment operation is an asset. Forklift experience, bilingual or multilingual communication skills, and experience in retail sales or customer service are welcome.
