Stock Associate

A property team can only move quickly when the right supplies are ready. Our Wilmington office is looking for a Stock Associate to keep the materials used across our managed properties organized, accounted for, and easy to find. From preparing items for a scheduled repair to checking what has arrived in a delivery, your work will help colleagues respond to residents and keep properties in good order. This is a practical role with variety throughout the day. You will work with property managers, maintenance colleagues, and the office team, learning how inventory supports the wider property management operation. What you will keep moving Receive deliveries and check items against orders and packing slips. Organize maintenance supplies, replacement fixtures, cleaning products, and other property materials in designated storage areas. Prepare requested items for maintenance and property teams, recording what has been issued. Update stock records and help complete regular inventory counts. Flag damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the appropriate manager. Keep storage areas tidy so colleagues can locate supplies safely and efficiently. Follow up with team members when an order, delivery, or stock request needs clarification. What helps you do well here You are dependable, comfortable staying active, and attentive to details such as quantities and item descriptions. You can communicate clearly with different teams and use basic digital tools to update records. Previous stockroom, inventory, or property experience is helpful, but it is not required; you will be shown the systems and processes used in the role.
