Stock Associate

Overview As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving from delivery to sales floor. You’ll receive, organize, and replenish merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe, customer-ready store. Your work supports accurate inventory and helps customers find the products they need. Duties Receive, inspect, package, and organize shipments; load and unload deliveries using safe manual handling practices. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when applicable, and maintain orderly storage and sales areas. Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment; forklift operation may be required where authorized. Assist customers, support retail sales and cashiering as needed, and complete cleaning and basic maintenance tasks. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math ability, and a customer-focused approach. Ability to perform heavy lifting and follow safe lifting practices. Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, materials handling, or loading is helpful; warehouse experience is preferred. Retail store or grocery store experience, retail store product knowledge, merchandising, sales, or customer service experience is a plus. Familiarity with inventory control, packaging, produce, cleaning, or maintenance is helpful. Forklift, pallet jack, and RF scanner experience are valued; bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus.
