You’ll be involved in the day-to-day movement and organization of products, work alongside different members of the team, and learn the systems and processes that keep operations running smoothly. A typical day could involve: Receiving and checking incoming deliveries Unpacking products and organizing stock efficiently Replenishing products and keeping inventory levels organized Scanning products and updating inventory records Checking quantities and reporting discrepancies Keeping stock areas clean, safe, and easy to navigate Preparing products for movement or distribution Assisting with inventory counts and stock checks Working with team members to keep daily operations on schedule Helping with additional tasks as you learn more about the operation Monday to Friday The position is full-time and office-based in Laredo . You’ll work alongside the wider operations team and receive training on the systems, inventory processes, and procedures used throughout the role. Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm Schedule: Monday–Friday Employment: Full-time, permanent Location: Laredo, TX Previous stock, retail, warehouse, inventory, or operations experience is useful, but we’re also interested in people who are motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. People coming from retail, hospitality, customer service, delivery, warehouse, sales, or other hands-on environments can bring valuable transferable skills. You’ll need good attention to detail, basic computer confidence, a reliable approach to work, and the ability to stay organized while handling physical tasks. Training is provided, and there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you become more familiar with the operation.
