Stock Associate

As a Stock Associate, you’ll keep products moving smoothly from receiving to the sales floor. You’ll unload deliveries, organize inventory, replenish shelves, and help maintain a clean, safe, customer-ready store. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys active work, teamwork, and supporting a positive shopping experience. Duties Receive, load, and unload shipments; verify and organize products for storage or stocking. Use an RF (radio frequency) scanner, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Forklift operation may be part of the role where authorized. Stock and merchandise products, including produce when applicable, while keeping displays orderly and shelves replenished. Assist customers with product questions, retail sales, and cashiering as needed; apply store product knowledge and customer service skills. Clean and perform routine maintenance in work areas; follow safe lifting practices when handling heavy items. Your impact: Accurate stocking and inventory management help customers find the products they need and keep store teams ready to serve. Skills Essential: Basic math, communication, organization, safe manual handling, and the ability to lift and move heavy items. Helpful: Warehouse experience, warehouse operations, grocery or retail store experience, packaging, materials handling, and inventory management. Familiarity with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment operation is preferred; operate equipment only when trained and authorized. Retail sales, merchandising, cashiering, customer service, and retail store product knowledge are useful. Bilingual or multilingual communication is welcome.
