Gofo IncResponsibilities - Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). - Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services. - Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes. - Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance. - Resolve delivery-related issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement. - Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and industry standards. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and align on delivery strategies. Requirements - Fluent in English, preferably knowing Mandarin - Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, or a related field (experience with DSPs is a plus). - Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with logistics systems and industry regulations is preferred - Educational background in logistics, supply chain management, analytics, engineering, or a related field is a plus. 【岗位职责】 负责评估、引入配送服务合作伙伴（DSP），并建立长期合作关系。 与DSP进行合同及服务价格谈判，确保获得高性价比的优质配送服务。 为DSP提供日常运营支持，解决问题，保障配送流程顺畅。 监控包裹配送状态，确保信息准确追踪与准时送达。 及时处理配送相关问题，以维持高水平的客户满意度。 分析运营绩效数据，识别流程改进机会。 确保DSP遵守公司政策、合同约定及行业标准。 与内部团队协作，共同制定并协调一致的配送策略。 【任职要求】 普通话与英语流利。 具备物流运营、供应商管理或相关领域经验（有DSP合作经验者优先）。 出色的谈判、沟通及解决问题能力。 能在快节奏环境中有效管理多项任务并确定优先顺序。 熟悉物流系统及行业法规者优先。 物流、供应链管理、数据分析、工程或相关专业教育背景者优先。 Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Mandarin (Preferred) Work Location: In person
