Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and safety-conscious Stand Up Forklift Operator specializing in Yale equipment to join our fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating stand-up forklifts, including Yale models, to manage inventory, load and unload shipments, and support overall warehouse distribution operations. Your expertise in equipment handling, warehouse management systems, and safety protocols will be vital to maintaining smooth and secure warehouse functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving logistics environment where safety, precision, and teamwork drive success. 1st shift Freezer 6am-2pm $21.25hr 1st shift Dry 6am-2pm $20hr 2nd shift Dry 230pm-1030pm $21.50 2nd shift Freezer 230pm-1030pm $22.75 3rd shift Dry- Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am $22hr Duties Safely operate YALE stand-up forklifts such as Yale to load, unload, pick and transport materials within the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning, and manual counts to ensure accurate stock levels Perform order picking to fulfill shipping requests efficiently Follow all OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols during equipment operation and materials handling Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and ensuring proper storage of goods Support warehouse distribution activities through heavy lifting, manual handling, and proper use of material handling equipment Qualifications Proven experience operating YALE stand-up forklifts, particularly Yale models, with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation standards Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management practices Familiarity with warehouse safety standards including OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and documentation accuracy GED or HSD Must be able to pass a background check Join our team where your skills in materials handling and equipment operation will help us deliver excellence in warehouse distribution.
