Staging/Inventory Assistant & Administrative Assistant

Contract Position Part-time | Tuesday & Wednesday or Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and occasionally until 4:00PM or 5:00PM At Morphe Home Staging & Design , we are a dynamic and growing home staging and interior design company that transforms homes into beautiful, market-ready spaces. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to support our team and keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the staging and design teams Answer and make calls, delivering professional and friendly customer service Manage client communications, proposals, contracts, and project timelines in our CRM Guide prospective clients through the sales process and educate them on services Support with invoicing, appointment reminders, and vendor communications Create presentations, marketing materials, and mood boards using Canva (Designfiles experience a plus) Maintain and organize files in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.) Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and general team support Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives when needed Adapt to shifting priorities and support the team with flexibility and a positive, team-oriented attitude Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant (staging or design industry experience a strong plus) Computer savvy, quick learner, proficient in Google Workspace Strong working knowledge of Canva and other web-based applications Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone and email) Confident in assisting with sales conversations and client education Ability to multitask, stay organized, and support a fast-paced team Reliable transportation to/from Katy, TX Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting daily schedules Additional Information Background and reference checks required prior to hiring Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism are a must Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team References will be requested following a successful first interview ✨ If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and growing company and want to play a key role in transforming homes, we want to hear from you!
