• Drive inventory optimization and service level performance.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Analyze supply risks, capacity constraints, and planning performance metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support planning system enhancements.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of supply planning, production planning, or inventory management experience within manufacturing.
• Strong ERP and planning system experience (SAP and/or Kinaxis preferred).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• APICS/CPIM/CSCP designation is an asset.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
