ABOUT THE ROLE Are you passionate about food safety, supplier excellence, and continuous improvement? As a Global Supplier Quality Senior Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring suppliers meet the highest standards for quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance. You'll partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive performance, solve challenges, and support the delivery of safe, high-quality products. WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage and enhance supplier quality programs, audits, scorecards, and risk assessments. Evaluate supplier performance and drive corrective actions when needed. Monitor raw materials and packaging for compliance with food safety and quality standards. Lead investigations of non-conforming materials and supplier-related issues. Conduct supplier audits and support new supplier approvals. Maintain supplier documentation, specifications, and quality records. Support customer complaint investigations through data analysis and reporting. Collaborate with Purchasing, Product Development, and Operations on supplier and product approvals. Support FSMA, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety initiatives. Train and mentor Supplier Quality Technicians across multiple facilities. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field. 5-10 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or supplier quality management. Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSMA, supplier quality systems, and food safety regulations. Experience conducting audits, managing supplier relationships, and driving quality improvements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT Full-time position. Hybrid office, manufacturing, and supplier-facing environment. Travel required for supplier audits and facility support. Fast-paced role focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
