As a Senior Specialist, Customer Facing Supply Chain, you'll lead initiatives that improve service, inventory, cost, capacity, and capabilities. Using data-driven insights and strong communication skills, you'll identify opportunities, influence decisions, and drive action across customers, sales, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams. Build and maintain productive relationships with external customer counterparts; identify and advance supply chain improvements that create value for both the customer and the business Lead internal and external business reviews and leadership engagements, using supply chain expertise and data-driven storytelling to recommend improvements and move insights to action Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects, coordinating across Vet and the broader organization to improve service, inventory, cost, capabilities, and capacity Facilitate integration, collaboration, and clear communication across customers and other cross-functional partners Influence long-term internal and external supply chain plans and decisions to eliminate waste and improve end-to-end efficiency Drive alignment and execution against key supply chain measures, including on-time shipment, fill rate, inventory management, order lifecycle performance, and other customer service indicators Use analytical tools and supply chain data to identify root causes, quantify opportunities, monitor results, and support sound decisions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field 3+ years of experience in supply chain, customer-facing operations, order lifecycle management, data analytics, or a related field Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
