Sr. Shop Technician
ConfidentialPioneer Cladding & Glazing Systems is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Senior Shop Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced shop environment, takes ownership of their work, and can provide leadership and guidance to other team members while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating a towmotor/forklift, strong attention to detail, and experience with inventory management, material tracking, or data entry. Previous leadership experience as a lead, trainer, mentor, or supervisor is strongly preferred. What You'll Bring Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Towmotor/forklift operating experience Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, material tracking, or warehouse operations preferred Accurate data entry and computer skills Previous leadership, mentoring, or team lead experience Ability to prioritize work and keep materials organized Strong communication and problem-solving skills Manufacturing experience required What You'll Do Support daily shop operations and production goals Safely move and stage materials using a towmotor Monitor inventory and perform material tracking activities Enter accurate inventory, production, and receiving information into company systems Verify materials for accuracy and quality Assist with training and guiding shop team members Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment Why Pioneer?
